At Mantech Machinery Spares and Consumables, we strive to ensure you receive the correct industrial parts for your operations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and part specifications to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused machinery spares in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the components, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
